The 39th edition of Sigep, the international leading fair for professional operators of artisan gelato, pastry and baking sectors has taken place from January 20th through 24th in Rimini, Italy.

An exhibition that every year attracts tens of thousands of visitors and which anticipates trends and innovations in terms of ingredients, equipment, furniture, and services.

Metalmobil has been participating to the Riminese kermesse with its design seats and tables for years but the edition that has just ended has seen Metalmobil playing a leading role thanks to a stand characterized by a refined and original architecture, designed by the architect Giovanni Maria Filindeu, a perfect frame for the preview of some new seats born out of the collaboration with the internationally renowned designer Marc Sadler:

  • the brand new Cuba collection, composed of three chairs and one stool; a family of seats in steel and polypropylene characterized by simple lines concealing an attention to details and a uniqueness in terms of both design and construction,  which are not gone unnoticed during the kermesse.
  • another novelty that didn’t fail to attract the attention of curious and experts, is the Nassau collection extention with the new armchair in polypropylene 534 and the basrstool 537 in polypropylene too.

Next to the new products were present at the Metalmobil stand some of the most successful and well-known seats: the iconic Uni, designed by Francesco Geraci, Maré and Flint both the result of the collaboration with Marc Sadler, Ring by Radice Orlandini Design Studio and the Stripes chair by Talocci Design.
