Florence Biennale 2019

The 12th edition of the most important international contemporary art exhibition that took place from 18 to 27 October 2019 at Fortezza da Basso in Florence has just ended in Florence.
The event has also included for the first time a space that saw Design as the protagonist, divided into six exhibition categories:
• Architecture & Town Design,
• Industrial & Product Design,
• Interior Design,
• Fashion & Jewelery Design,
• Communication & Graphic Design,
• Technology & Game Design.

In the section dedicated to Industrial & Product Design, a wide space was given to Mu.De.To. (Museum of Tuscany Design).
In the area delimited by a system of tubes and joints (in honor to the designer Ferdinando Innocenti) the collections and products of important Tuscan companies and designers were exposed and explained to the visitor through detailed descriptive banners.
Among the objects displayed also 2 of our products, Sandy and Uni chairs, both designed by Francesco Geraci, an Istrian by birth but Florentian by choice who linked his name to chairs and in particular to our brand.
