OZ – The contemporary archetype of a chair
OZ focuses on what remains when the superfluous is removed: a clean structure, a welcoming volume, a balance that makes the form immediately recognisable without ever appearing obvious. Marco Acerbis’ design explores a balance between structure and comfort: on one side, a metal frame with tapered tubes, light and rigorous; on the other, an upholstered volume, soft and enveloping.
The result is an elegant, versatile presence, suited to a variety of hospitality settings.
The practical and immediate removability of the cover — almost magical in its gesture — enhance its functionality over time, while the variants with or without armrests expand its range of use.
